Allison Rattray - Chief Operations Officer

I have served in ministry for over 30 years, both in para-ministry and the church. My passion is assisting ministries to further develop a “business mind” with a “ministry heart” to serve their community in ways that glorify the Lord and impact the kingdom.

Prior to joining the team at Project 114, I spent several years coaching faith-based non-profits, in South Florida, as well as nationally.  My work and ministry, has allowed me to serve with the National Christian Foundation South Florida, as the Director of Ministry Services and for Calvary Chapel Fort Lauderdale, as an executive assistant, to the CEO.

My husband Michael and I are the proud parents of our daughter Jodi, our son in-law Nick, and incredible grandson’s, Steven and Christian, and nothing gives us more joy.

Phil Weideman - Board Chair, Australia

Hi my name is Phil. I'm married to Karen and have two happily married daughters and two grandsons. I've been a Christian all my life and have been serving in a wide range of ministry positions for 30+ years. My life has been defined by a difficult childhood, the life and death of my severely disabled son and a lot of miraculous healing through Jesus. I'm involved in Project 114 because of my personal experience in trauma healing, psychology, strategic thinking and prophetic insight; if my experience and gifting in these areas can be a blessing to those who suffer daily for the name of Jesus then that will be enough for me.
